Mechanical Engineer graduated from the Escuela Superior Politécnica del Litoral (ESPOL), currently graduated from the master's degree in International Maritime Law at the Universidad del Pacífico. General Manager of RCD Risk Inspector S.A. and member of the staff of experts of the multinational TINSA Ecuador S.A.
Five years of experience in the shipping area as a Risk Analyst, specializing in inspections of fishing vessels, passengers and sports yachts, among other vessels, for different insurance and reinsurance companies at the national level, taking steps to international levels.
Three years of experience as an expert appraiser of personal property, machinery, equipment and vehicles in the shipping field with the following accreditations:
- Superintendencia de Bancos: Credential No. PVG-2019-2023
- Superintendencia de Compañías: Credential No. SCVS-RNP-737
